Gluten Free Hob Top Stew

Melt the butter in a large frying pan.

Layer the onion, thinly sliced, partly-cooked sausages, rice, celery and kidney beans.

Add salt, Worchestershire sauce and tomato sauce.

Simmer, tightly covered on a low heat for 1 hour.

Don not stir.

Serve with crusty bread.

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces chopped onion
  • 4 ounces wild rice
  • 1/2 tea spoon Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1lb of hodgins gluten free sausages
  • 6 ounces chopped celery
  • 15ounces tin kidney beans
