Gluten Free Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Bread

Method:

1. Preheat oven 200°C/400°F/ Gas 6. Grease a 900g/2lb loaf tin.
2. Put the bread mix, water, oil, tomato puree, sun dried tomatoes and basil into a large bowl and mix to a smooth batter.
3. Pour into prepared tin. Make a cut lengthways down centre of loaf. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise, about 1/2 an hour.
4. Bake for about 40 minutes. Cool on a wire tray.

Ingredients

  • 350g/12oz Tritamyl White Bread Mix
  • 375ml/13fl oz Tepid Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Puree
  • 0g/2oz Sun Dried Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 25g/1oz Chopped Basil
