By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Competition is open only to Republic of Ireland residents

The minimum age for entrants for this competition is 18 years old.

In order to enter the competition, the entrant should follow the Hodgins Sausages Instagram/Facebook/TikTok page, share the competition post, and comment “Merry Christmas”

The selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

The winner for this competition will be a picked at random from all legitimate entrants using a digital application.

The winners will be notified via the channel they entered the competition through (Facebook, Instagram or TikTok). If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Prizes are subject to availability and may be replaced with a similar item or cash equivalent if out of stock

Hodgins shall have the right, at their sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

Hodgins also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
