Our Warm Breakfast Salad Bowl
is a breakfast that’ll stay
with you longer
Breakfast Salad Bowl Ingredients:
- 250g baby new potatoes
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 5 Hodgins Jumbo Sausages
- 1 Hodgins black pudding
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 8 sun-dried tomatoes
- Baby spinach
- Avocado (chopped)
- Salad dressing
- 1 Poached egg
Directions:
- Add 250g of baby new potatoes and boil until tender. Apply 1tbsp of olive oil to the pan then add 5 Hodgins Jumbo Sausages, stir until cooked then add in some Hodgins black pudding.
- Add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to a jug with 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil,1 tsp honey, 1 tsp wholegrain mustard and mix.
- Apply 1tbsp of olive oil to the pan, add 250g of baby new potatoes and 8 sun-dried tomatoes, then stir.
- Place 2 servings of baby spinach in a bowl, add baby new potatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, sausage & black pudding.
- Chop avocado and season with some salad dressing. Place a poached egg on top and enjoy
